Sandown 500 2026 Schedule & Race Times

Which sessions should I follow?

The 2026 Sandown 500 uses two 250 km races at Sandown Raceway. Despite the familiar event name, this edition is not a single 500 km co-driver endurance race.

Qualifying, Top Ten Shootout and practice

Qualifying and Top Ten Shootouts sit alongside the two races in the available schedule. Add each session separately so a pole-position contest is not confused with the race start.

Use the session-type filter above to focus on races, qualifying or practice. Coming up shows the next start first; Completed shows the most recent recorded finish first.

Melbourne, VIC track time and your city

Melbourne observes daylight saving in November. Select your home city for race reminders and confirm the broadcaster's programme start separately.

Times on this page are shown for Sydney. Event dates refer to the circuit's local calendar. Change Your time at the top of the page to see another Australian city.

How to watch Sandown 500 in Australia

Check the providers listed beside each session and the Australian TV guide for confirmed coverage. Race starts and programme starts are separate times. Availability on Seven or 7plus must be confirmed for this round; it should not be assumed from another event.
