What to include in your correction

A race time or qualifying session

Choose “Schedule correction”. Tell us the event, session name, date, city selected on this site and the time you expected. Check whether the source uses circuit-local time or your city’s time.

A channel, stream or TV programme

Choose “TV information”. Include the broadcaster, your Australian city or state, programme date and whether the listing is live coverage, a replay or highlights. A programme start and a race start may both be correct but refer to different things.

A classification or championship total

Choose “Results correction” for results or standings. Include the race or session, driver or team, and the official report link where available. A revised penalty or provisional result may explain a difference.

A website or privacy issue

Choose “Website feedback” for broken links, calendar downloads or accessibility issues. Choose “Privacy enquiry” for questions about information you sent us, and include an earlier message reference if you have one.

What happens after you send a message

A successful submission shows a reference beginning with SC-. Save it for any follow-up. Messages are stored privately for the website operator to review; they are not public comments.

No automatic confirmation email is sent. An email address is optional, but without one we cannot email a reply. We do not promise a response deadline or immediate race-day support. A submitted correction does not automatically change a published time or result.

If you do not see a confirmation, keep a copy of your message before trying again. Repeated submissions may be temporarily limited to prevent spam.

Tickets, streaming and official Supercars support

For championship enquiries, official app issues or event arrangements, use official Supercars contact and support. For ticket changes or refunds, contact the seller shown on your booking.

For a Kayo, Foxtel or 7plus account, payment or stream problem, contact that provider through its own service. Our Australian Supercars TV guide can help you find viewing options, but this website cannot manage broadcaster accounts.
